About
Hi, I’m Elyce — menstrual cycle coach, mother, and passionate advocate for women’s hormonal health.
My journey into this work began after I was diagnosed with PCOS in my 20s. Like many women, I had no idea what a “healthy” cycle looked like. I spent so many years disconnected from my body living in a masculine society that no longer caters to the feminine. Because of the lack of education we get on how the cyclical female body works, I didn’t understand my symptoms or how my hormones were affecting my everyday life.
Then came motherhood—a beautiful, powerful experience that also left me feeling even more out of touch with who I was. I had already started to heal my body on our conception journey, but I knew there was so much more to it. Through menstrual cycle awareness, hormone education, holistic self-care and healing, I began to reconnect with my body, my rhythm, and the mother I want to be.
Now, I hold that space for you.
I work with young womens, mothers, and teens, who are ready to break the stigma around periods, understand their hormones, and live in alignment with their cycles. My approach is warm, grounded, and holistic—combining science-based education with feminine wisdom, self-compassion, and practical tools for you to use in a way that suits you and your family.
Whether you’re navigating your first period, healing after birth, or simply wanting to feel more in tune with your body, I’m here to support you. This is your invitation to reconnect—with yourself, your cycle, and your power.

Mission
We empower women, teens, and mothers, through holistic menstrual cycle education that supports hormonal health, breaks period stigma, and fosters deep self-connection. Through courses, coaching, and community, we guide women to understand their bodies, embrace their cyclical nature, and create space for healing and self-care—especially in the transformative journey of motherhood.
This work is rooted in my personal experience as a mother and a woman living with PCOS. Like many, I grew up disconnected from my body, not fully understanding my hormones, my cycle, or what was truly “normal.” After becoming a mother, I lost sight of the woman I was, but through reconnecting with my cycle, I found clarity, confidence, and community. Now, I hold that space for others to do the same.
Vision
We envision a world where girls feel proud of their bodies, teens are cycle-confident, and mothers are deeply connected to their feminine power. Through accessible education, school programs, online courses, and community spaces around the world, we are creating a movement of informed, empowered women who know how to support their hormonal health and live in tune with their bodies—through every phase of life.
